Instructions

    Add the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt to your food processor. Pulse to combine. If you don’t have a food processor, you can whisk these ingredients into a bowl.

    Pour the vinegar and pulse a little more until distributed. Add the egg and cream cheese and pulse until the dough forms into a ball. Wrap the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.

    While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 180C/350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Unwrap the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Wet your hands with water to prevent the dough from sticking to your hand.

    Poke a hole in the middle of each ball using your finger, and stretch to form bagels. Brush the surface with the egg yolk. Sprinkle the bagel seasoning on top and transfer the baking sheet to the oven.
