Description

Imagine starting your day with a truly satisfying and substantial meal – a breakfast that redefines the morning experience. This is not your average quick bite; it's a hearty, flavorful creation designed to fuel your body and delight your taste buds. Picture a juicy, well-seasoned burger patty, cooked to perfection, forming the base of this extraordinary breakfast.

Its savory richness provides a comforting and familiar foundation for the other elements of this dish. Atop the burger rests a generous portion of crispy bacon, its smoky aroma intermingling with the burger's savory scent. The bacon's salty, crunchy texture offers a delightful contrast to the softer burger below.

Nestled alongside the bacon are perfectly cooked eggs, their yolks offering a creamy, luxurious sauce as they break open and meld with the other flavors. Whether you prefer them sunny-side up, over easy, or scrambled, the eggs add a vital protein boost and a velvety smoothness to the overall experience. This breakfast burger isn't just about the main components; it's also about the thoughtfully chosen accompaniments that allow you to customize each bite.

Imagine crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, and thinly sliced onions adding freshness and a satisfying crunch. A tangy pickle relish provides a zesty contrast to the richness of the burger, bacon, and eggs, while a creamy sauce ties all the flavors together in perfect harmony. Given its generous size and layered composition, this is a breakfast best enjoyed with a fork and knife.

Each bite offers a symphony of flavors and textures – the savory burger, the smoky bacon, the creamy eggs, and the fresh, tangy toppings all working together to create a truly memorable meal. It’s a breakfast that feels indulgent, satisfying, and utterly delicious – the perfect way to kickstart your day.

Instructions

    1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and oregano.
    2.
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat. Form the burger meat into a thick patty and place in the oil. Use the back of a spatula to gently press the burger down into a wider, thinner patty. Cook the burger on both sides to your preferred level of doneness.
    3.
When you flip the patty over, layer the cheese on top to melt. You may use a lid to help the cheese melt and shorten your cooking time in this step.
    4.
Transfer the burger to your serving plate. Cook the bacon in the same pan to a crisp. You can slice the bacon into two pieces before layering on top of your burger.
    5.
You can drain the bacon fat out of your pan and return the pan to the stove to cook the egg. Crack an egg into your pan and fry ‘sunny side up’ or to your liking. For this recipe, a egg done easy or medium would be ideal.
    6.
After you transfer the fried egg to the top of your burger, arrange on the plate a side of lettuce and tomato. Slice the avocado and arrange in the empty space. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the avocado and tomato if you wish.
