Instructions

    Crush the garlic and grate the ginger. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sweat gently until tender.

    Slice the tough core from the cabbage and discard any wilted outer leaves. Thinly slice the cabbage and chop the scallions into 1 inch chunks. Add to the pan along with the pork. Stir well to combine. Pan fry until the pork is just cooked through.

    Add the chili flakes, lime juice and tamari. Stir well and cook for a minute more or until the cabbage is tender.
    4.
    Scatter with chopped fresh cilantro to serve.
