Instructions

    Preheat an oven to 325 degrees. Chop the mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Discard the stems.

    In a bowl, gently combine the mushrooms, olive oil, and all the seasonings except for the rosemary.

    Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with pan spray. Spread the mushrooms evenly over the sheet tray. Place the rosemary in between the mushrooms evenly.

    Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes in the oven, moving them around slightly halfway through for even cooking. Serve hot!
