Instructions

    Chop the cauliflower into florets, if not already pre-cut. Place the florets in a pot and cover completely with water.

    Bring the pot to a boil and cook the cauliflower until the florets are very soft and easily broken apart - approximately 20 minutes. Drain all of the water, then add the butter to the cooked cauliflower. It’s perfectly fine if the cauliflower begins to crumble.

    Transfer the cooked cauliflower and butter to a food processor. Add the cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Process until the cauliflower mixture is completely creamy and smooth.
    4.
