Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine yeast, ¼ cup water, and honey in a small bowl. Let sit for 3-5 minutes until foamy.

    Combine all dry ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer using a paddle attachment.

    Add vinegar and ¾ cup boiling water. Mix well with a wooden spoon or on low to medium speed in a stand mixer for 45 seconds to 1 minute.

    Add the eggs and mix well for another 1-2 minutes. Then add the ghee and mix until incorporated.

    Add the yeast mixture and mix well.

    Divide the dough into six parts. Wet hands between each piece, and form them into rolls. Wetting hands prevents sticking and creates a smooth bread-like surface.
    7.
    Bake for at least 60 minutes, possibly up to 70 minutes. Ensure they are fully baked inside to prevent collapse. They will be a darker color when done. Brush with 1 tsp melted ghee and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
