Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay 3 turkey slices on the sheet and place a mozzarella slice in the center of each.

    Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted. Remove from the oven and evenly spread arugula over the melted cheese.

    Place a piece of cooked bacon (cooked to your preference) at the edge of each cheese slice. Roll up each turkey slice tightly.
