Instructions

    1.
Season 4-oz tuna steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Gently press the seasoning into the fish.
    2.
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil per tuna steak over medium-high heat. Place tuna steaks in the oil, seasoned side down, and cook until golden dark brown, about 3 minutes.
    3.
Flip the steaks and splash soy sauce and lemon juice over them. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes.
    4.
Use tongs to sear the raw sides of the tuna steaks. Set aside to rest, leaving the pan on the stove.
    5.
Pour the second amount of olive oil in the pan and heat over medium-low heat. Chop the mushrooms and toss in the oil with salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
    6.
Splash Worcestershire sauce in the mushrooms and reduce heat to low. Melt butter in the pan. Once mushrooms are coated, stir in whole spinach leaves until bright green and halfway wilted.
    7.
Serve the hot spinach and mushrooms with the tuna steaks and enjoy.
