Instructions

    Finely mince the celery, half of the radishes, and the green onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl. Thinly slice the remaining radishes for garnish. Peel and quarter the avocado, then thinly slice each quarter.

    Add a can of tuna to the bowl of vegetables. Use the back of a fork to gently break apart the tuna into smaller pieces.

    Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the tuna and vegetable mixture. Stir thoroughly until well combined.

    Fold a sheet of nori in half to create a crease. Spoon approximately ⅓ of the tuna mixture onto the center of one half of the nori. Top with a few slices of avocado and radish.

    Carefully roll the nori sheet into a cone shape to create a tuna handroll. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and tuna mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!
