Instructions

    Finely dice the tuna and combine it with lime juice, soy sauce, and salt in a small ziploc bag. Ensure the tuna is finely diced for the best sushi roll texture. Tightly seal the bag, roll it up, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

    Once the tuna is marinated, peel 4 oz wide strips from a cucumber. Lay the cucumber strips down, heavily overlapping each other to create a layer slightly wider than a sheet of nori seaweed. Use a paper towel to remove any excess moisture from the cucumber layer.

    Place the sheet of nori on top of the cucumber layer. Spread the marinated tuna evenly along one side of the nori sheet.
