Instructions

    Start with 4 pieces of prepared Carb Manager Cloud Bread. Melt 1 tsp of butter in a skillet on low heat. Toast 2 pieces of the cloud bread in the butter for about 30 seconds until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining 2 pieces. Place all 4 pieces on a plate and spread mayonnaise evenly over 2 pieces.

    Arrange the spinach leaves on the two pieces of cloud bread with mayonnaise. These will serve as the base for the sandwiches.

    Lay the turkey slices on a flat surface and roughly slice them into strips for easier heating and layering.

    Using the same skillet, cook the bacon slices over high heat until crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate to cool slightly.
