Instructions

    Using a sharp knife, carefully slice along the edge of each chicken breast lengthwise to open it like a book. Arrange the chicken breasts on a sheet of baking paper.

    Place another sheet of baking paper on top of the chicken. Pound the meat with a tenderizer or rolling pin until it is of an even thickness all over.
