Instructions

    Spread half of the sauerkraut in the bottom of a Crock Pot, avoiding the liquid. Sprinkle half the seasonings (salt, pepper, caraway, celery seed, mustard, paprika) over the sauerkraut.

    Slice the sausage and arrange it on top of the sauerkraut. Spread the remaining sauerkraut over the sausage and distribute the remaining seasonings over the top. Drizzle in the apple cider vinegar. Do not stir!

    Cover the Crock Pot and cook on high heat for at least 4 hours. Before serving, thoroughly stir the sauerkraut and sausage together. Voila!
