    In a small pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the almond flour and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden. Mix in ½ tbsp of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of powdered sweetener, then set the crumb aside to cool.

    In a bowl, add the heavy cream. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream until it reaches stiff peaks. Set aside.

    Add the cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp sweetener, and vanilla extract to another bowl. Beat for 1-2 minutes using a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

    Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese bowl. Fold gently using a spatula to incorporate. Don’t whisk or mix vigorously so that you don’t knock out the air.

    Take out 2 serving glasses. Add 2 teaspoons of chocolate crumb to the bottom of each glass—pipe 3 tbsp of mousse on top of the crumb.
