Instructions

    1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice raw zucchini into approximately 14 pieces, each about 3 inches long and 1 inch thick. Use paper towels to remove excess moisture.
    2.
In a mixing bowl, toss zucchini with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and onion powder. Arrange the fries on a well-seasoned sheet tray.
    3.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the fries over halfway through. Set aside to cool when done.
    4.
In a bowl, combine ground chuck with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Form the mixture into 2 patties.
    5.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place burger patties in the pan, cover, and cook to your liking (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium). When you flip the patties, melt a slice of cheese over each burger.
    6.
Arrange 0.5 oz of torn lettuce in the base of each meal prep container. Place a burger on top of the lettuce. Slice and arrange 0.25 oz of pickle on top of each burger.
    7.
Place a portion of cooled zucchini fries in each container.
