    In a 6-quart instant pot, place cubed pork shoulder (cut into 2-inch pieces). Add soy sauce, sesame seed oil, chili oil, smashed garlic cloves, sliced ginger, sambal, and brown sugar sweetener. No need to mix. Set to HIGH pressure for 30 minutes.

    While the pork cooks, boil eggs. Bring a small pot of water to a boil, gently add the eggs, and set a timer for 7 minutes.

    Once the timer goes off, drain the hot water from the eggs. Immediately add ice and cold water to the pot. Allow the eggs to sit in the ice bath until thoroughly chilled. Then, carefully peel the eggs.

    After the 30 minutes have elapsed for the pork, release the pressure from the instant pot. Gently add the peeled eggs to the pot and allow them to sit in the flavorful juices for 10 minutes before serving.
