Cook according to your waffle machine bs specifications, using a higher temperature setting (e.g., setting 5 if the heat settings are from 1 to 6). Remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter after spraying the waffle iron again.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta, bf cup Swerve, and bc tsp cinnamon until well combined.
