Instructions

    1.
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the cauliflower into 4 steaks by cutting half inch thick cross sectional pieces from the cauliflower. Arrange across a shallow oven tray and dot with the butter. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
    2.
    Crush the garlic. Remove the cauliflower steaks from the oven and carefully flip them, spooning over the melted butter. Sprinkle over the parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Return to the oven to bake for a further 12-15 minutes or until fork tender and golden.
