Instructions

    1.
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the ground sirloin, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, mustard powder, and italian seasoning. Lay down a large sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface. Use your hands to spread the meat into a rectangle about ½-inch thick.
    2.
Finely chop THAWED broccoli, and arrange the broccoli in the center of the meat rectangle. Leave about 1 inch of space around the edges. Arrange the pepperjack cheese over the broccoli.
    3.
Use the parchment paper to carefully roll the sirloin into a tight roll. You can use your fingers to seal any holes in your meat and pinch the ends of the roll together to hide any broccoli and cheese. Place the roll seam-side down in a loaf pan.
    4.
Bake the roll for 40 minutes to have a medium-done center. You can bake an additional 10 minutes for a more done meat.
    5.
Allow the roll to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 6 slices with a knife.
