    Pat the chicken breast dry and roughly chop it into manageable pieces. In a food processor, combine the chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, and parsley until you have a consistent blend. Be careful not to over-process the chicken into a paste.

    Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Form each portion into a ball, then press it into a patty shape on the prepared sheet tray. Place the chicken patties in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

Return the breaded chicken patties to the lined sheet tray and place them back in the freezer for 1-2 hours to allow the egg and breading to completely freeze.
