    Place a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water (bain-marie). Melt the cocoa butter, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water.

    In a large bowl, combine almond butter, desiccated coconut, ground almonds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and erythritol. Stir, then pour in the rum and melted cocoa butter. Mix until a ball forms.
