    Prepare approximately 2 chicken tenders per serving by cutting each tender into 3 pieces, resulting in 18 pieces. Toss the cut chicken tenders in a large mixing bowl with the seasoned salt. If raw chicken tenders are unavailable, slice boneless chicken breast into tenders.

    Prepare all the breading ingredients. On a plate, combine the paleo flour, black pepper, lemon pepper, paprika, and chili powder. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg. On a second plate, arrange ground pork rinds, pulsed into a breading in your food processor. Add extra paleo flour, egg, and pork rinds as needed for excess breading materials.
