    Preheat the oven to 400 F (210 C). Cook bacon for 12-13 minutes, then flip and cook for another 12-13 minutes or until crispy. Flip again if needed to ensure even browning. If bacon browns too quickly, reduce temperature to 375 F (190 C). Remove bacon from oven and let cool slightly before transferring to a paper towel-lined baking sheet.

    Heat a 12-inch nonstick pan over medium-high heat until hot. Drain about 2-3 tbsp of bacon fat into the pan. Crack in eight large eggs.

    Allow eggs to cook for 30 seconds, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook eggs to your preference, such as over medium.
